The company is established in 1991 as a company for engineering, design and consulting. Until 2002 the main activities were: commercial and technical representing of foreign companies, trade with specific building materials and reconstruction of flats and houses. From 2002 the company is mostly dealing with supervisions, revisions of projects, consultancy, mostly working for foreign investors. From 2010 is developing new sector for energy efficiency making strong impact on the market. In 2019 started real estate business.
